Description

Manage the skilled nursing care of geriatric rehab and long-term care patients who have come recently from the hospital or require long-term skilled nursing. Your job is to be the clinical manager of their care. This includes directing CNA's in your section.

Must be a licensed nurse in good standing in the State of Utah. Must have great attitude, quick learner, quick worker, analytical and must enjoy people! Experience a huge plus but not necessary.

Nurses oversee the clinical care of patients with strong support of our Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, nursing leadership. Managed care includes medication administration, documentation, engaging with patients, monitoring for changes of condition and working with rehab oriented CNA's to provide positive outcomes.

Full time employees will receive a $500 bonus with $250 upon hire and $250 at 90 days of employement.

Part time/PRN employees will receive a $250 bonus with $125 upon hire and $125 at 90 days of employement.
