We currently have an open position for Security at our Bishop's Glen Retirement Center located in Holly Hill, FL.

JOB DUTIES:

Bishops Glen Retirement Center is an award winning employer located on a beautiful 25 acre campus in Holly Hill, FL. We are looking for a professional security guard to protect our 25-acre campus, 18-buildings and residents. This is a part-time with benefits, primarily over overnight shift.

Responsibilities

- Protect company property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment

- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances

- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property

- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences

- Report in detail any suspicious incidents in designated shift log

- Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter

- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates

- Watch alarm systems

- Contact regulatory authorities as instructed

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills

- Surveillance skills and detail orientation

- Integrity and professionalism

- High school degree

This position requires walking around the campus, climbing steps, documenting activity and securing property, building, staff and residents.
