Description
The essential function of this position is to plan, organize and implement quality recreational therapy programs to meet the individual and social needs of 160 patients/residents. Organize activities according to capabilities, needs and interest and encourages patients/residents involvement in the activities. Experience in the completion of patient evaluations and/or assessments, medical record documentation and development of treatment plans and objectives. Excellent communication skills and an upbeat, outgoing, caring and energetic personality are necessary to succeed in this position.
